I got a chance to check out the Hugo Boss Prize event. The party was at the Guggenheim and it was kinda sick... I was a little faded so I only got two clear pictures.
The Crown was artsy and kinda cool. I was PACKED. Big shout to the wait staff who kept me nice with the giant shrimp. Gracias!
Hugo Boss awards prizes for achievements in the arts.
Clae is an underdog brand in a Nike owned world. Even when newer brands like Creative Recreation and Greedy Genius jumped off and in some cases "fizzled, Clae kinda kept the pace slow and steady and is in it to win it.

Collette is a Paris retailer that often leads the pack regarding trends in the apparel and sneaker world. Take a look at the video created by the International Herald Tribune.
Don't sleep on the little brand that could, Award Tour. Award Tour has dropped some pretty nifty items in their 2008 holiday collection. The T's and crew necks are some of the best the I have seen in a minute.
One more Reebok Pump Remix. Check out the NYC Victory Model. This joint will be available beginning on November 15, 2008 at Reebok's Pop-up store on New York's lower east side.
Charles "Doves" Edwards will be showing some of his critically acclaimed graph art in an exhibit called "Doves". Check it out at the Solefood Gallery on Thursday, November 13, 2008.
You too could be king (or queen) of the shoe game. Some kat is selling an entire collection of Nike "must haves" on ebay. The collection has about 250 pair and will cost you somewhere in the ballpark of $60,000.
To me this is like hunting in a zoo, way too easy.
New Balance is doing its best to stay relevant in a Nike dominated world. The MT580LVX Luggage Pack is crazy. The materials are inventive and goes far to make some pretty common New Balance styles dope.
I'm not a huge fan of this colorway but I'm big on the Spiz'ike shoe period. Nike is set to release the "Cactus" kick as a Euro exclusive which means a U.S. release date isn't far off.
