Kanye West for Louis Vuitton Preview (Yet Another)

I'm 99.9% sure you could feed a small, developing African country for like 6 months for the cost of this shoe, so don't shoot the messenger. This is the second look for the line Kanye designed for LV. I don't have an opinion yet because these pics can't possibly do the shoe justice. In the meantime, I will see if I can borrow from my 401(k) to get a pair.

GQ Announces Finalist for Menswear Designer of the Year

GQ has announced the finalist for “Best New Menswear Designers in America” in conjunction with the CFDA. The six finalist selected by GQ are Benjamin Bixby, Robert Geller, Rogues Gallery, Save Khaki, Shipley & Halmoss, and Yigal AzrouĆ«l. All the finalist are features in the February 2009 issue of GQ. “A panel of industry experts, including GQ editor-in-chief Jim Nelson, American menswear designer Thom Browne, and CFDA executive director Steven Kolb, will determine the winner.”
